Established in 1995, MPC focuses on a strategy of fuel and geographical diversification, while providing cost effective energy solution to the communities it serves. MPC has a diversified portfolio of power projects comprising gas-fired, hydro, wind, coal-fired and cogen projects in PRC; gas-fired and oil-fired power projects and a fuel cell project in Korea; and a gas-fired power project in Taiwan. MPC believes this diversification by fuel type and geography has major benefits in mitigating single-market and fuel supply risks and gives the Company the advantage of having expertise in multiple fuels and technologies.

Environmental consideration is another integral part of the Company’s business planning and operation. MPC continues to develop additional power projects in different markets and segments of fuel with an increasing emphasis on development of clean and renewable energy.

Led by an entrepreneurial management team with extensive international experience, MPC has built strong relationships with local governments and regional stakeholders that will fuel its expansion and continued development as a stable and long-term player in the region.
